As for export market, high carbon ferromanganese prices have fallen owing to slack activity and weakening market sentiments. Export offers for HC ferromanganese 70% min is at around USD930/MT FoB India (East Coast) nd 75%min is being offered at around USD1,000/MT FoB India. Overseas demand for India origin HC ferromanganese is low, and India suppliers aided by the weak Rupee have further held their offers unchanged to consummate trade.

Market sources are not very positive over the outlook as market is down with demand. Steel mint assessed that HC ferromanganese market to remain quiet till month-end, as buyers are reluctant to commit amid unclear market direcition.
