However, Hsin Kuang Steel's president said that the whole steel market situation will still depend on China's demand and supply because the oversupply issue has still not yet been settled down in China market.
Thus, there is no chance for steel price to have the blooming rise in the H2 of 2013.
Hsin Kuang Steel said that once Taiwan's China Steel Corporation increases its list price for the Q4, it will help Hsin Kuang Steel to have better sales.
