Print[Ferro-alloys.com]It was disclosed recently that State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) was likely to take future step in stated-owned enterprises reform. Temasek mode of Singapore was likely to be taken. In the next seven years, SASAC would march toward Temasek mode. The system inertia formed in the past regulatory model would be broken. Industrial investment companies, state-owned holding companies and state-owned operation companies would be set. Management right would be gradually delivered to secondary companies. SASAC would focus on final performance but not current operation of stated-owned enterprises.
It was pointed out that supervision system of state-owned asset must be improved on the Third Plenary Session of 18th CCCPC. SASAC would surely take this topic serious.
