[ferro-alloys.com] according to the latest data, the USA ferroalloys imports was 91,000 tons in June, up 8.5% Y-O-Y and down 11.2% M-O-M. The main import countries included South Africa, Russia, Georgia, Australia and China. The imports respectively were 32,200 tons, 13,293 tons, 9,282 tons, 8,816 tons and 5,613 tons.
In the 2013 first-half year, the USAtotal import ferroalloy was 511,510 tons, down 2% Y-O-Y. The concrete import situation was South Africa 1,866,760 tons, Russia 59,370 tons, Georgia 48,800 tons and Australia 37,000 tons.
The USA export ferroalloy was 5,037 tons in June, 2013. The total exports was 3,2000 tons in the 2013 first-half year.
