According to the statistical data of Trade Statistics of Japan, in July 2022, Japan imported 33859.772 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight more than 55% of silicon), a month on month decrease of 9.31%, and a year-on-year decrease of 14.07%. Among them, 12587.235 tons were imported from China, accounting for 37.17%; 8455.821 tons were imported from Russia, accounting for 24.97%; 4851.294 tons were imported from Malaysia, accounting for 14.33%.
