According to data of Trade Statistics of Japan, through 2021, Japan imported 430334.298 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight more than 55% of silicon), a year-on-year increase of 31.63%. Among them, 150060.349 tons were imported from China, accounting for 34.87%; 137981.654 tons were imported from Russia, accounting for 32.06%.
