That is the main readon to decrease the supply volum, but demands keep stable and abit of increase.

Effected by policy of controlling energy consumption volume and implement, the prices of ferroalloys and other metals heavily went up,due to decrease of supply. for expample, manganese metal ,estimated annual volume will be 1million tons in 2021, that is 30% decrease than 2020, the decreased quantity will be 470000mt in 2021 whole year. price of El Mn metal went upto RMB27000/mt from RMB10100/mt in 2021. Ferro Chrome HC ,price went upto RMN11000/mt from RMN6000/mt (nased om 50% cr), Ferro silicon , price went up to RMNB8500/mt from RMN6500/mt, Silicon Manganese went upto RMB8000/mt from RMB6800/mt in 2021.

From Demands side, even steel mills also has decreased its production volume, but demands on raw materials are strong,and in view of this situation, price will go up further.
