Australian Vanadium (ASX:AVL) signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with chemical producer US Vanadium for future vanadium offtake sourced from the miner’s Vanadium project in Western Australia.

Both parties agreed to enter into framework negotiations for the yearly supply of 2,000 tonnes of vanadium pentoxide, representing 20% of the project’s proposed annual production, according to a filing Wednesday.
