Viewed by districts, Gansu: 39.4 thousand tons; Ningxia: 75.1 thousand tons; Qinghai: 92.8 thousand tons, Inner Mongolia: 157.3 thousand tons.
As for capacity utilization rate, Gansu: 61.74%; Ningxia: 39.74%; Qinghai: 54.11%; Inner Mongolia: 72.82% and Shaanxi: 49.99%.
