Inoculant Granule

Ferrosilicon inoculant is used for metallurgy and mechanism industry and plays the roles of dephosphorization, deoxygenation and purification. The granule sizes are 0-3mm and 3-25mm. The packages are 25kg woven bag and 1000kg bag, or packaging according to the user’s requirement. The 0-1mm, 1-3mm and 3-8mm of granule sizes are available according to different inoculant methods. 0-1mm, 1-3mm and 3-8mm of the granule size ranges are available according to the user’s requirement.

Range of Application: The inoculant can meet the requirement of gray pig iron and ductile iron inoculation processing on the whole.

Characteristics: Ferrosilicon inoculant has the characteristics of promoting graphite refining and homogenizing, increasing eutectic cell, eliminating chilling tendency, improving strength and long-acting anti-recession. Ferrosilicon inoculant is used for ductile iron inoculation, refining graphite balls and reducing chilling tendency.
