Print[ferro-alloys.com] Data published by World Steel Association on June 25 showed that crude steel production in the world in May was up by 6.6% year on year to 155 million tons.
The largest production and consumption country—China, production of its crude steel increased to 81.1 million tons, up 8.9% from May 2017.
