Recently, price of bidding of vanadium-nitrogen alloy of ZENITH was RMB 126,500/MT (acceptance price including VAT), which was below the expectation of the market; vanadium-nitrogen alloy market forms a hang-upside-down situation and anxious mood in the market was more serious; for now, offers of vanadium-nitrogen alloy have a large difference, and main offers range from RMB 127,000.00 to RMB 131,000.00/MT. A chain reaction was emerged that price of Ferro Vanadium was following to drop, and the main acceptance offer of Ferro Vanadium was RMB 90,000/MT, which dropped RMB 1,000 than the price of last week. At the beginning of this week, Vanadium Pent Oxide factories stuck to the changeless price, but the will of purchasing from downstream market was weak and the trading volume was rare; recently, some small and medium-sized factories sold Vanadium Pent Oxide at a lower price to reduce the pressure of their inventory, and their acceptance offer ranged from RMB 83,000/MT to 84,000/MT, which dropped RMB 2,000 than the price of the begging of this week; large-sized factories still persist in the price and offer RMB 86,000/MT and RMB 85,000/MT, resulting in coexistence of transaction concluded at a lower position and offer at a high position.  

With view to the higher cost and less quantity of Vanadium Pent Oxide and return of the demander, it is expected that the Vanadium market will be stable and the prices are difficult to have a further sharp fall.
