[Ferro-Alloys.com]According to the United States Department of Commerce announced in January this year, United States imported 131,689 tons of ferroalloy, an increase of 103%, while exports were 8120 tons, an increase of 4%.
Among them, US imported 19,501 tons of high-carbon ferromanganese (c->2%), an increase of 37% month on month; low-carbon ferromanganese (c-<2%) was 16,377 tons, an increase of 110% month on month.
Meanwhile, US exported 2956 tons of high-carbon ferromanganese (c->2%), an increase of 29% month on month; low-carbon ferromanganese (c-<2%) was 210 tons, an increase of 57% month on month.
