Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI), an American specialty metals company, has announced its stainless steel flat products increase which will takes effect with shipments on February 29th; those for its 200 series, 300 series and 430 cold rolled stainless steel flat products will be increased by reducing discounts by two points.

At the same time, the company will also increase its base price by US$0.030/pound for its continuous mill plate (CMP) products.
