[Ferro-Alloys.com]In the 12th China Ferro-Alloys International Conference, Mr. Ge Zhendong from Wanda Futures represented new ideas for the ferroalloyos producers to avoid the capital risk in ferroalloys products prices changes. Through the hedging of ferroalloys, ferroalloys producers can prevent severe loss from the price fall, which would make a steady growth for the ferroalloys producers.
Through proper hedging in the ferroalloys futures market, the producers could profit as expected and arrange relevant prodcution, and new sales channel could be created. The hedging included sell hedging, buy hedging and comprehensive hedging.
Prices of some ferroalloys products, such as silicon manganese and ferrosilicon, have reached their lowest level, which would probably bottom in the coming days and start to rally, Mr. Ge stated.
