As comprehensive cost for most manufacturers was above RMB11900/mt, they were reluctant to sell at lower price. There was little transaction as Spring Festival just ended.

Current price dropped by RMB700/mt year-on-year and many manufacturers were in loss. Market price nearly touched bottom and it was likely to keep stable supported by rigid cost.
