As comprehensive cost for most manufacturers was above RMB11900/mt, they were reluctant to sell at lower price. There was not much transaction.

Selenium dioxide (SeO2) market went upward as it was hard to purchase rude selenium. Mainstream ex-work price of 98% SeO2 rose from around RMB 210/kg to about RMB 235/kg. The main use of selenium dioxide was still in EMM industry at present.

Current price dropped by RMB800/mt year-on-year and many manufacturers were in loss. Market price nearly touched bottom and it was likely to keep stable supported by rigid cost.
