Mainstream ex-work price of 98% SeO2 rose to RMB 275-280/kg (USD44-45/kg) for a period. According to the investigation of www.ferro-alloys.com, SeO2 market went down rationally recently. Ex-work price of 98% SeO2 decreased to RMB 255-265/kg at present. The main use of selenium dioxide was still in EMM industry at present.

Some new capacity was put into production recently and several new projects would be completed soon. Spot supply increased gradually. Supported by high production cost, EMM market was predicted to stay at current level this week.
