EMM market in Europe was also stable. According to the latest data of MB, warehouse price of 99.7% manganese flake in Rotterdam stayed at USD2300-2360/mt.

SeO2 market was also peaceful last week. Mainstream ex-work price of 98% SeO2 stayed around RMB 275/kg (USD44.4/kg).

Some new capacity was put into production recently and several new projects would be completed at late October. Market price was mainly supported by high production cost at present. If the new lines were started according to plan, EMM market might be faced with downturn pressure.
