[Ferro-Alloys.com]It is reported that China totally exported 801 tons silicon manganese during July according to the data from Chinese customs statistics. In the first seven months, China totally exported 1,850 tons silicon manganese, showing a steep decline compared to the same period of last year 16,217.366 tons. As for imports market, China only imported 535 tons silicon manganese from January to July, representing a significant falling from the the same period of last year7,2279.77 tons.

Given as high as 20% export tariff on silicon manganese in China, it seems that silicon manganese export would be hard to get out of dilemma this year.
